Awarded chef Giovanni Pilu is the new Segafredo Ambassador in Australia

Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group announces an important partnership between Segafredo Zanetti and the well-recognised Italian chef in Australia Giovanni Pilu.  

At the iconic and awarded Pilu at Freshwater on Sydney’s Northern beaches Giovanni uses authentic products from Italy, together with fresh local produce, presenting a menu that is refined and innovative whilst maintaining the strict traditions of the cuisine of his island home. Adjacent to the main restaurant is Pilu Baretto serving panini, quick meals, cakes and of course excellent Segafredo coffee. Giovanni has recently opened a new restaurant – Acquafresca by Pilu – a casual, busy trattoria. A Segafredo coffee cup is always the perfect conclusion for any of Giovanni’s meals.
